Workshop Description
This intensive 5 day comprehensive workshop provides the project management principles,
processes, and tools you need to effectively plan, manage, and control projects.
Participants are provided with the theory and practical examples of these techniques and
tools. Workshop exercises are also provided to enhance learning and encourage
participation. Walk away with skills which you could apply immediately on the job.
Advanced Project Management provides the fundamentals and
framework of project management and includes advanced techniques based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
and guidelines. If you are a new or less experienced project manager,
this workshop is a prerequisite for the professional project management certificate programs.
Following completion of this workshop, participants should be able to
understand and apply advanced project management techniques on their projects at work. They
should be able to effectively manage projects of any size and achieve
immediate improvement on project performance.

Earn Project Management Certificate
Each participant receives a Project Management Certificate of
accomplishment.
Earn Project Management Credits
NPM is a recognized PMI Educational Provider which permits participants
to earn credits towards professional certification from the Project Management Institute
(PMI).
Obtaining Project Management Certification
If you are working towards obtaining professional certification from
PMI, this course provides credits towards project management experience which is required
as a prerequisites to your application for registration.
Maintaining Project Management Certification
If you are already a project management professional (PMP), the Project
Management Institute requires that you earn 60 professional development units (PDUs) every
three years to maintain certification.
