Workshop Description

This workshop is designed to assist you in your study and preparation for the PMP Certification Exam from the Project Management Institute. You learn exactly what to anticipate during the PMP Certification Exam and strategies on answering questions that give you a higher score. We cover all the subject areas that are evaluated and provide example questions and answers to become familiar with methods used for scoring your responses.     Who Should Attend

    This workshop is appropriate for those who manage projects, manage teams, manage programs, or manage stakeholders. The content requires an intermediate to advanced understanding of the project management framework based on the PMI standards and guidelines. Typically most participants of this workshop are experienced Project Managers or completed the Advanced Project Management Certificate Program and want to apply to the Project Management Institute for PMP Certification.

    The prerequisite for this course is either considerable experience as a Project Manager or completion of our  Advanced Project Management Certificate Program.

    Earn Project Management Professional Credits (PDUs)

    NPM is a recognized PMI Educational Provider which permits participants to earn credits towards professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

    Obtaining Project Management Certification

    If you are working towards obtaining professional certification from PMI, this course provides credits towards project management experience which is required as a prerequisites to your application for registration.

    Maintaining Project Management Certification

    If you are already a project management professional (PMP), the Project Management Institute requires that you earn 60 professional development units (PDUs) every three years to maintain certification.

     

    This workshop provides the following credits towards maintaining your PMP certification.
