REGISTRANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY REGISTERING OR TRANSACTING THROUGH NATIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT INC., YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT.

By using our site you agree that you won't tell anyone our trade secrets and will not use any of the information available to compete against us online. No competitors or future competitors are permitted access to our site or information, and any such access by third parties is unauthorized. You agree that you will not copy, record, publish, compile, reproduce, republish, use or resell for any competing commercial purpose any information on our site and you agree to not use any device, software or routine that may extract, copy, modify, import, export, replicate, scrape or otherwise deliver, in any manner, the data and information on our site to you or anyone else. If you do so, then you agree that we are suffering irreparable injury and that an injunction or temporary restraining order may be entered by any court sitting in the Province of British Columbia, CANADA prohibiting the use of such information and requiring, without limitation, that any domain name used to advertise the competing use be redirected away from the site. In addition, you agree to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in enforcing these provisions.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The site and the content and services made available on the site are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. National Project Management Inc. does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever. Under no circumstances shall National Project Management Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages for any use of the Site. In no event shall total cumulative liability National Project Management Inc. of exceed the fees paid to National Project Management Inc. by you.


Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold National Project Management Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from (i) your use of the Site, (ii) your use of products, services, or information provided through the Site, or (iii) your breach of any provision of this Agreement.  National Project Management Inc. reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with National Project Management Inc. in asserting any available defenses.
